LESSON POLICY All lessons are pre booked and prepaid as 4 lessons paid in advance. Lessons are scheduled as 4 lesson weekly scheduled classes. All lessons are prepaid at the start date and renewed on every 4th lesson to pay for the next set of lessons (1 week in advance)
Lesson cancellation
Lessons automatically renew at the start of the 4th lesson for next 4 lessons, 1 week in advance of the new monthly cycle .
To cancel lessons :
1week notice required.
Missed Lessons
Students are required to contact 24 hours in advance to cancel a lesson or the lesson will be considered a paid missed lesson.
All makeup lessons must be booked in the paid current cycle of lessons.
